Consobleach CIL
Is an alkaline compound used in hydrogen peroxide bleaching processes to effectively replace sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide. It produces consistent whites, less buildup of scale in equipment, improved absorbency, softer yarn and/or fabric, and improved uniform dyeing.
Consobleach SCW
Is a highly effective non-silicate stabilizer-wetter for bleaching textiles with hydrogen peroxide. In addition to its stabilizing-wetting action, it has strong chelating capacity for the heavy metal ions of iron, copper and manganese. It aids in keeping calcium and magnesium salts from depositing on the fabrics and equipment to increase the absorbency and softness of the bleached fabrics. In continuous bleaching with long dwell time, a small amount of sodium silicate can be added to the bleach bath to improve the whiteness.
Consos Stabilizer B-22
An effective non-silicate stabilizer for bleaching with hydrogen peroxide.
It has strong chelating capacity for the heavy metal ions of iron, copper
and manganese and aids in keeping calcium and manganese salts from deposition
on the fabric and equipment, thus increasing the absorbency and softness
of the bleached fabric.
